It's a great selling point if you can say you have 200-amp service.

It really, really sucks if you have fuses. Your home value plummets.

If you're changing from 160 to 200, it's probably not worth it.

Here's the problem: are you JUST putting in a new box or are you going to be forced to rewire your whole house? Will the electrician come in and discover that he can't put the box in at all because the rest of your house is sub-standard?

That's what I found with my house (98 years old at time of purchase). Here are some things that will increase your cost:

--if your outlets are ungrounded
--if your grounding is only connected to plumbing
--if your wiring is old and insulation is cracking
--if your wiring is too low a guage for 15-amp breakers
--if you don't have GSE outlets in your kitchen/bathrooms
--if you don't have enough outlets in rooms
--if you don't have the correct outlets for high-amp appliances

Not all of these are disqualifiers, but it's worth getting an estimate for the job first. They'll usually pay you a visit for free.

When you get the estimate, ask yourself if you're going to get that much in value selling your home? If the estimate is $3000, can you raise the price of your home by more than that, say by $5000 or more? If you can't, it's not worth it.

I think they'll have to acknowledge the glaring discrepancies regarding 9/11. Before you 'thumb me down' re-read what I said. Note I didn't say Bush did it, nor did I say the Joos did it. There are obvious contradictions and shortcomings in the Official 911 Commission report, many who wrote it have admitted it! I'd like to know who did it, I'd like to see them punished, and I'd like our federal policies to reflect reality rather than the flawed official conspiracy theory.

To be honest. I don't really get my opinion directed by what the media shows. e.g. the media would show an image of an anarexic girl and present her to the public as someone who was beutiful. girls would see this from an early age while they are of the age of easy influence and will suffer to try to attain what they see in media. many of these problems are things they would not and should not need to go through, but because their perception of beuty is altered by an industry. they ebcome unsure of themselves.

The same goes for different cultures. my answer may not be what your looking for but, i got absolutely no problem with any other culture. they are all interesting. im a mix of quite a few different cultures and im thankful for that. i can understand from different viewpoints and i dont really have the mentality to just look at someone and make a judgement without knowing whats deeper. i know from what iv observed that its not a good idea to form an understanding based on what is seen in media. i prefer to figure my own things out. one of the things i find rather demeaning is how the media has brought about a definition of "acting white" and "acting black". is this really a good thing. people who are black do not want to "act white" by which the media portrays as getting an education. this is stupid, and white people do not want to "act black" by which means living out of a hood in general. all these media portrayals are what is the cause of so much racism and hurt amongst people. id rather not pay any attention to them. a race is not a behaviour. i behave my own way.
i view other cultures of countries as interestign to me, but i take what i hear and try to find out the truth in it. the media just presents at image to me. im the one to make the judgement on what it is.
Good luck and God Bless

I am just as disgusted...the first thing they did with the tapes was copy, edit, air....then call the authorities....in a report this morning they said they turned it over before it was opened....uh...hello, then why are we watching these clips? I am all for understanding why killers do what they do for preventative measures but this was done for ratings and money....no more...no less.

Because it is mostly conservatives who have said that something needs to be done. & it is conservatives that want the fence. THe liberal democrats are already planning on how to register all of the illegals as democratic voters as soon as they give them the right to vote. It's the same thing as their support of more social welfare programs. They figure that the people will feel indebted to them & will vote democratic.
Also don't forget that most of the tv & radio media outlets are extremely liberal biased.

Edit: Hey Anjana - why should the US gov't be responsible for taking care of & developing the home countries of the illegals? Let their own countries take responsibility for them!!

you need to enter your bios in your comp,, when starting up,, hit what ever it says to enter setup, whether that be delete button, f2, f10 or whatever else,, then go to the either advanced bios or boot order menu,, and make your hd drive first boot device,,, from what youre explaining, it sounds like your dvd or cdrom may be set as first boot device, if thats the case, your comp is trying to read from your cd first,,, and that causes a boot conflict,,

so to be clear, your first boot device will be your hd drive, second will be your dvd or cdrom, third will be a floppy if you have one,, then save your settings by hitting f 10 and it will say save configuration, you just click yes,, and it will reboot, and you should be all set,, you wont have to take out disk

it depends on your business plan;
if you don't have one yet, write one; the SBA and
every community college has FREE templates.

when you have one filled out, and you do your PROFORMA,
the charge will become "testably" obvious.

Integrated direct marketing includes database development and management, direct mail, personalization, personalized url, telemarketing, response management, sales lead generation, data collection, and more.

The benefits of integrated direct marketing is that you can develop a deep knowledge and relationship on a one-to-one basis with your client. An example of integrated direct marketing is where the potential client surfs the net for a travel holiday, lands on your website, your website is developed in a way that tracks your potential client's searches on your site, you ask some questions of the client. Within the day a personalized direct mail piece is in the mail to the client. Within the week the telemarketing team is doing a follow up call. And so on.

I use a program that blasts to 70 Million Prospect every month. I think that adds up to 2.3 Million a day, if my math is correct. I've included a link on the bottom.
Good Luck on your business.
I also included a link to a blog blaster for you.
