How can I find in-direct marketing firms in Texas?

Every "marketing firm" that i see on hotjobs or monster have a hidden sales gimick. What I really want to do is to be in a team atmosphere and come up with brochures, flyers, slogans for companies, and/or create marketing campaigns for new products.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Is there an average rate of return of undeliverable mail in a direct mailing?

By that I mean, is there a benchmark for percentage of pieces that come back with bad addresses, etc? Thank you.
