Not sure it that would go thru APO/FPO, or is it standard US Mail?
If it’s standard US Mail, call a mailing list broker – I use InfoUSA.com – and ask for their help in identifying the correct zip code(s) and/or carrier routes.
If it’s APO/FPO, go to the library’s reference desk and ask for a copy of the Standard Rate and Data Service Direct Mail List Guide. Find the section for Military, and call several of the list owners or brokers for help and advice.
