If it's standard US Mail, call a mailing list broker - I use InfoUSA.com - and ask for their help in identifying the correct zip code(s) and/or carrier routes. If it's APO/FPO, go to the library's reference desk and ask for a copy of the Standard Rate and Data Service Direct Mail List Guide.
