Sales Presentation?
Hi, I have to do a sales presentation tomorrow for work. I work in an outbound department of a call centre and am a team leader. I have to conduct a 10 min presentation on sales performance and improvement while keeping it interesting and audience focused. I am struggling a little bit to think of new things to do and what to include on my presentation. any help??? thanks xxx

here are some tips:
- – before you present, tell an anecdote or a story from work that may be amusing but will still be relevant. segway now to your first slide
- – people are normally visual listeners. show bar graphs instead of plain tables. insert some pics as ice breakers
– interesting things to show as well aside from performance is your plans of actions, future projects, what they will expect from the department
- – you can also show things/rooms for improvement (and be as honest as possible). sometimes, managers needs to see that their team leader are on top of the situation. its always a good impression if you acknowldge what needs imrpovement rather than not being able to diagnose it
