    See the federal CAN Spam Act and any laws of the states where your e-mail recipients reside.

    People will hate you for spam. Do you have a preexisting business relationship with the message recipients? Do you have their tacit permission to send them e-mail? Do you think it is worth antagonizing people for the benefit of sending your message? Lots of considerations here. People don’t want to be annoyed.
