What is a good entrepreneur product/service idea for an marketing project?

Hi, I have a marketing project in which we team up and create a marketing plan. My partners and I can not settle on a product/service. Are there any suggestions?

    My suggestion would be fashion accessories made of recycled materials — to ride on the eco-environmentally friendly trend
