What is the market segment for graphic design services?

I am starting graphic design company and I am finding it hard to divide the market into segments. Does anybody know where to find this information?

    As the business owner, it is up to YOU to determine which "market segment" you are going to go after.

    I’ve got a feeling you don’t actually know what a market segment is…
